Privacy policy

• We collect information that has been voluntarily provided to RPPA either through the RPPA website, paper, email or other electronic means.  Information can include name, address, phone number, email, level of play, donations, pledges, why you play pickleball and other details. This information is used to send you information about pickleball in Reading, to facilitate fundraising efforts, event information, and we may send you correspondence regarding donations for tax returns, town discussions about Pickleball, or other purposes related to our mission.

• Information may be aggregated for use in, for example, RPPA marketing/fundraising efforts, inquiries from the town or other inquiries where information is rolled up. An example of aggregation is how many Reading residents are in the RPPA Google group.  Survey information, from surveys filled in voluntarily is stored on paper or in a Google drive and may be used in perpetuity for purposes related to our mission.

• Information is stored within the Google account of RPPA, unless it is pulled for the aforementioned purposes. Information is only shared on a need to know basis with directors of RPPA and volunteers or others who are assisting with RPPA's efforts to raise funds toward our mission.

• Your information will not be sold for any reason. 

• RPPA is not responsible for privacy on third party websites that may be linked to from this website.

• Contact us via email at ReadingMApickleball@gmail.com to be removed from the RPPA google group, email distribution list, donor list, to have a survey response removed, or for any other concerns or requests about privacy.
